Crosspointe Groups share a common mission: to connect participants to purpose, to God, and to other believers through fellowship and discipleship in a smaller group setting. Groups exist to provide intimate and more one-on-one opportunities for intentional moments of connection & purposeful encounters with God. We are so excited you are interested in joining us in this mission!
Are you a good fit as a Crosspointe Groups Leader? These 4 questions will help you decide:
1. I am saved & a visible Christ-follower, devoted to personal, spiritual growth
2. I regularly attend Crosspointe Church and consider it my "home" church.
3. I agree to Crosspointe's Mission, Vision & Values and agree not to teach or promote any ideas during Groups that contradict Crosspointe's beliefs.
4. I have watched Crosspointe's Leadership Video & signed the Leadership Agreement. (Link to video provided below. Please set aside around 30 minutes for this video).
